Video Bitrate: The video bitrate setting defines the video quality of the DivX output. A higher bitrate setting will produce better quality, while at the same time resulting in a larger file size. On the other hand, a lower bitrate will produce a smaller file size, while the quality is lessened.

Video Frame Rate: This drop-down list offers frame rate options that are compatible for DivX output, ranging from 7.5 to 30. The values are expressed in frames per second (FPS).

Width/Height: The width and height fields provide the ability to specify a custom width and height to be used for the output DivX video file created.

Audio Bitrate: The audio bitrate setting defines the audio quality of the DivX output. A higher bitrate setting will produce better quality, while at the same time resulting in a larger file size. On the other hand, a lower bitrate will produce a smaller file size, while the quality is lessened.

Audio Sample Rate: The audio sample rate (frequency) defines the number of samples per second to be used in the audio content of the DivX output. 44,100 Hz is associated with VCD and SVCD quality output, while 48,000 is recognized as DVD quality. Other sample rates are used for lower quality/file size requirements.

Audio Channels: Allows for selection between stereo and mono audio content for the DivX output.
